COREMedia to Offer Automated Fax and E-Mail Delivery New Feature Speeds delivery of high volume DRTV communications
FAIRFIELD, NJ, January 18, 2005—
COREMedia-Systems Inc., the leading provider of direct-response management and analysis software and services, announced today that it has added bulk fax and e-mail delivery capability to its widely used CoreDirect Direct Response system.
Without leaving the CoreDirect system, clients can now send media schedules,
broadcast orders, traffic instructions, dub requests and other commonly used reports
directly to their clients and vendors. The feature performs automatic lookups of fax
numbers and e-mail addresses stored in the CoreDirect database.
“This new feature reduces the labor cost of manually creating faxes and e-mails,
helping our direct response clients be more efficient and more accurate,” said Carl
Langrock, Executive Vice President of COREMedia-Systems, Inc. “Additionally, the
entire fax trail is kept in an indexed database. Buyers and Traffic Managers can always
go back to a PDF of the original fax that they sent, complete with time stamp,” he added.
Based in Fairfield, N.J., COREMedia Systems Inc.
was founded in 1992. The company develops and
supports CoreDirect, the most widely used technology
in America for the planning, purchasing and analysis
of direct-response television commercials.
