CORE Creates New Management Positions - Adds Three Veterans Naclerio, Shumpert and Stokely Join CORE

FAIRFIELD, NJ, AUGUST 20, 2007—Technology veterans Louis Naclerio, Randy Shumpert and Tyree Stokely have joined COREMedia Systems Inc. in newly created positions at the country’s leading provider of software for the planning, purchase and analysis of direct-response television commercials.
Naclerio becomes Vice-President, Business Analysis, and Shumpert Vice President and Product Manager of Long-Form direct-response TV. Stokely joins COREMedia as Business Analyst.
With more than 35 years of experience in software design and development, Naclerio most recently was Web Products Manager at Lenovo Group Ltd. Shumpert most recently was Director of Agency Solutions at Inter/Media Advertising, Inc, a full- service direct-response agency. Stokely’s most recent position was Project Manager at Donovan Data Systems.

Naclerio began his career at IBM as a software designer/programmer, and later moved on to senior development management positions with Fujitsu Ltd. and Mitsubishi International. In 1992, he formed his own consulting and software company, specializing in software development for small and medium size companies. After joining COREMedia for five years as Director of Development, Naclerio returned to IBM Global Services as an Executive Management Consultant, and later became the Business Manager for ibm.com’s World Wide Web Metrics System.
In 1993, Shumpert founded Media Solutions International, a software development company that specialized in the information system needs of direct response advertisers, agencies and infomercial marketers. In 1997, he sold MSI to Columbine-JDS, one of the leading providers of advertising agency and TV station software products. At CJDS, Shumpert served as Technical Services Manager to a team of more than 30 project managers, analysts and programmers in the Agency Solutions Group. In 1999, he joined Century Media Inc., a direct response ad agency, where he developed a new generation of web-based direct response television media buying, tracking and analysis software.
An 11-year veteran at Donovan Data Systems, Stokely managed a team of six. He was responsible for testing and implementation of new functionality, including Piano, Donovan’s data extraction program, along with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance features and the rollout of Donovan’s 32-bit applications.
